Apex legends is a battle royal game with a twist of adding “legends”. These legends are like your Valorant or Overwatch characters, they possess a unique kit with different abilities. Apex is a game which you can spend a ton of time playing to master all of the smooth movement and gunplay. Apex does have major issues with cheating, but in my playtime, I haven’t experienced many. Apex is like a normal battle royal game, but its gameplay system of legends does make it stand out a bit more. I would recommend playing Apex if you like ability shooters with crazy amounts of movement and shooting, but you want a break from tdm’s.
